Refund policy

Digital Products (Themes/Plugins): Due to the nature of digital products, once the download or product fulfillment is complete, no refunds will be given unless the product is non-functional and technical support cannot resolve the issue.

• Notice for EU Buyers: In accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673, by purchasing and downloading our digital content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that you consent to immediate performance (delivery of the download) and thereby waive your 14-day right of withdrawal once the download or fulfillment process has begun.

SaaS Services: SaaS subscriptions provide a trial period (if indicated). Cancellation in the middle of a month after official deduction will not result in a pro-rated refund of the remaining balance for that month; services will be maintained until the end of that monthly cycle.

• Notice for EU Buyers: For digital services/SaaS, your 14-day right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed (i.e., when the subscription cycle begins and the service is made available to you) with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you will lose your right of withdrawal.
