Digital Products (Themes/Plugins): Due to the nature of digital products, once the download is complete, no refunds will be given unless the product is non-functional and technical support cannot resolve the issue.
SaaS Services: SaaS subscriptions provide a trial period (if indicated). Cancellation in the middle of a month after official deduction will not result in a pro-rated refund of the remaining balance for that month; services will be maintained until the end of that monthly cycle.
